The tour includes free pick-up and drop-off if you are staying in Siem Reap city. If you'd prefer us to pick you up around the Old Market / Pub Street area we can meet in front of Major Cineplex. On the way back we drop guests off at Old Market / Pub Street or your hotel or guesthouse.

This is a very important question. First, we completely understand taking photos on the tour. We want you to have visual memories of the tour that you can remember and share with others. Still, we take the safety and security of residents seriously, in particular the children who live here. As a result we ask that you do not take close-up photos of children where they are identifiable. We also ask that you do not take any photos of children if they are not clothed. If you have questions about the policy please speak with your tour guide.

Depending on the tour we may or may not try local snacks found in the countryside. If you have dietary restrictions or allergies please inform your guide. If you are not sure it is always better not to try the snacks.

If your tour includes a meal please let us know when booking the tour so we can be sure to accommodate you.

Please note we are we are very cautious about what guests eat during the tour. The items we eat are boiled, fried and/or smoked. Furthermore there are no uncooked vegetables or meats.
